Overview
GXO is recruiting for a Stock Administrator (Nights) to join our team in Avonmouth, supporting one of our new business wins. As a Stock Administrator, you will report into the Stock Supervisor and be responsible for supporting the stock team with all the administrative tasks. This is a full time, permanent position, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,516.25 per annum and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day
* Managing the SAP system ensuring accurate inputs and updates
* Maintaining and aligning stock records for specific customers
* Operating and interrogating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements
* Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Experience with SAP and WMS systems
* Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
* Highly organised, transparent and good timekeeper
* Strong attention to details
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
