Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support the development and execution of product initiatives to drive brand growth and consumer engagement. This role requires strong cross functional management from an innovation perspective, ability to handle large scale operations and very good data / analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
* End to end support to ensure new products are launched on time with excellence.
* Support the Senior Brand Manager with data analysis and day to day operations.
* Analyse market data, sales performance and consumer insights to provide actionable next steps.
* Support new product development projects, working closely with R&D, supply and commercial teams.
* Ensure timely execution of packaging changes.
* Work closely with the sales team to develop trade promotions and in store activations.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations, brand decks and promotional material.
* Track and analyse trade marketing initiatives to optimize ROI.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc projects associated with the role as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG/CPG industries.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing tools (google analytics, social media platforms).
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management or a related field.
* Strong understanding and experience of digital marketing strategy and tactics.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
* Management of external agencies including print, social media, PR, creative, content.
* The ability to work on own initiative and a self-starter.
* Excellent communication and impersonal skills.

Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) - Office based
