Hours of work: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £39,243 - £45,064 per annum, depending on skills and experience [Band D] Location: Kew Gardens, Richmond Closing Date: 05/04/2026 The 2nd Line IT Support Analyst will provide technical support for more complex IT issues, support escalations from 1st line, and assist with Microsoft Teams, video conferencing and audio-visual systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to support users across multiple locations and remote settings. Applicants should have experience in an IT support environment, good knowledge of Microsoft systems and M365, and the confidence to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. IT qualifications or equivalent experience are essential, while ITIL and Active Directory knowledge would be an advantage. Interviews will be conducted during the week commencing 6 April 2026.
