Are you someone who can lead with clarity, energy, and action to deliver the freshest produce to the consumer every day?
Can you take charge of our IT operations end to end – from infrastructure, networking, and cloud services to business applications, ERP, and cybersecurity?
You'll guide us through a critical ERP implementation, making sure it's not just delivered but embraced. You'll oversee budgets, suppliers, and technology investments with a sharp eye on CAPEX and day-to-day spend, ensuring we balance value with performance.
You'll lead, mentor, and develop an experienced IT team in 2 geographies (UK and Portugal), bringing out the best in people while setting a high bar for service delivery. You'll keep our systems running smoothly, stepping in hands-on when needed, but you'll also keep your focus on the bigger picture: digital transformation, governance frameworks, and building the secure, scalable platforms that will take the Vitacress Group forwards as a whole.
