Overview:
Our client is embarking on a major transformation to replace Click with Salesforce Field Service. The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the new Field Service solution within the utilities landscape, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead solution design for Salesforce Field Service, replacing Click.
* Define architecture, integration, and data models aligned with utilities business processes.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Field Service modules.
* Provide technical governance, ensuring best practices and compliance with architectural standards.
* Support testing, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with Field Service implementation expertise.
* Strong understanding of the utilities domain and workforce management processes.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms (ERP, GIS, Asset Management).
* Salesforce certifications preferred (Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
