We’re recruiting for a senior commercial leader to take ownership of the UK dental channel for a global healthcare manufacturer.
This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for leading a national commercial team, shaping sales strategy and driving business growth across practices, corporates and distributors. You’ll sit as part of the UK management team, working closely with the MD to deliver ambitious growth plans and strengthen customer relationships across the dental market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a commercial team covering Key Accounts, BDM's & TM's.
* Design and execute the UK sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with practices, dental groups and distributors.
* Identify and deliver new business opportunities, commercial projects and growth initiatives.
* Provide market insights, trend analysis and strategic input into the future of the channel.
* Set clear sales goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and report on outcomes.
* Collaborate with global colleagues on best practice sharing and strategic alignment.
About You
* Strong background in sales or commercial management, ideally within healthcare, dental, optical or FMCG.
* Proven ability to build and lead teams to deliver results.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
* Willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings and events.
