M4 Recruitment is seekingexperienced LGV1 Driversfor our client in Maidstone. This role is essential to ensuring efficient logistics and the timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centers.
Shift & Duties:
* Hours:19:00 07:00 (includes a sleep out)
* Weekly Hours:40 hours per week
* Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
* Start times : 18:00pm start
Competitive Pay Rates:
* Weekdays (08:00 - 19:00) £19.00
* Weeknights (19:00 - 08:00) £21.71
* Overtime £28.74 after working 40 hours a week.
* Bank Holidays £35.78
Key Responsibilities:
* Trunking Operations:Safely complete assigned trunking routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Vehicle Inspections:Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defects.
* Safety & Compliance:Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
* Documentation:Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooks.
* Communication:Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issues.
* Professionalism:Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
Requirements:
1. Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) License
2. Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience
3. No more than 6 points on license
