My client has an excellent opportunity for a maintenance electrician to join their estates team on an extremely prestigious site in Surrey. The role is working in-house and there are generous benefits on offer.
The day-to-day role will consist of:
1. Planned preventative maintenance
2. Responding to critical alarms
3. Completing weekly PPM schedules
4. Prioritising and responding to Mechanical / Electrical breakdowns in a timely manner
5. Assistance with small/medium sized project work such as installation of new and refurbishment of older assets
6. Ensuring thorough maintenance reporting and recording onto computer-based maintenance management system
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
1. BMS systems
2. Fire Alarms
3. HVAC
4. UPS
5. Emergency Lighting
6. 3 phase
7. AHUs
8. LV Systems
Starting Salary: Up-to £45,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
