Job description
The main things you will be doing are:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, modern systems – including translating designs into detailed physical architectures, integrating components, prototyping, and embedding appropriate security controls.
* Building and supporting software and automation – using agreed specifications to code, test, document, and optimise programs or scripts, while identifying and resolving service faults.
* Continuously improving development and delivery processes – identifying inefficiencies, supporting optimisation activities, and applying modern development standards and practices.
* Ensuring platform reliability and performance – managing availability and capacity of services to meet business needs and KPIs.
* Engaging users and stakeholders effectively – gathering evidence, using qualitative and quantitative research, and turning user needs into meaningful outcomes.
