TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a highly reputable, chartered accountancy practice in Rochester. In addition to payroll, you will get the opportunity to cover CIS returns, and VAT returns too, and full training will be given. Our client uses Sage payroll software.
* Organising workload to ensure timely and accurate payroll service to clients
* Processing payroll on behalf of clients for varying client types
* Pension administration with varying pension schemes
* Review of payrolls administered by team members
* Communicating with payroll clients
* Knowledge of legislation enabling client queries to be dealt with
* Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
* Other payroll ad-hoc duties
Requirements
What we are looking for
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a practice / payroll bureau
* Experience using Sage Payroll would be desirable but not essential
* Working knowledge of auto-enrolment legislations
* Ability to calculate PAYE and NIC manually is essential
