The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Agent is to sell and promote Fibre broadband door to door, helping to drive our continued growth in the towns and communities served by our full fibre network.

You will be going door-to-door and working at events promoting the benefits of our full fibre broadband to residents. Your job is to identify and close sales opportunities effectively. Additionally, you will develop a pipeline of potential future B2C sales, seek referrals, and endorse our services.

With a significant increase in the number of homes scheduled for service next year, this role presents a substantial opportunity to capitalize on some of FullFibre's emerging markets.

Job Requirements

Ideal Profile...

We’re seeking proactive and experienced sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are passionate about bringing high-speed broadband to communities. If you have a background in direct sales and are eager to make a real impact, this role is perfect for you.

* Experience in direct face-to-face sales within the energy or telecoms industry is preferred.
* Must have a valid UK Driver’s Licence.
* Experience of lone working.
* Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated and target driven.
* Willing to go the extra mile.
* Available to work between 10:00-19:00 (Mon to Fri).

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

* Door-to-door sales in expanding territories.
* Engagement with existing and potential clients daily.
* Gaining referrals and endorsements from current customers.
* Identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
* Updating customer and prospect databases daily.
* Managing customer expectations.
* Providing high-quality customer care.
* Participating in promotional events.
* Collaborating with team members to develop sales protocols.
