We take pride in the personal relationships we develop with our clients and their residents General Description: We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager to join our electrical testing team and be accountable for the leadership of our administration team who ensure the successful delivery of our electrical testing work programs predominantly in the social housing sector. The Program Delivery Manager will also engage regularly with our clients, and act as the primary point of contact for all contractual issues and questions. Duties & Responsibilities: · Ensure that client programs and schedules are adhered to and delivered via the effective management of the Administration team · Attend weekly client meetings (and additional meetings as required) with the Electrical Testing Manager · Act as the main point of contact for client queries and relaying Fixatex internal queries to the client as necessary, e.g. in the case of wrong contact details Direct line and people management of the Testing Administration Team. You will follow the People Manager guide to ensure that you build a high-performance team, create an accountable and values driven culture, and nurture the growth and development of team members. · Coordinate internally to ensure client queries are answered and dealt with by the appropriate person, owning · the problem or issue until it is resolved Own the complaints procedure end to end · Monitor policy adherence relating to no access, contacting residents and appointment booking · Provide insights into monthly Board report for the Testing department · Monitor compliance data and maintain up-to-date Power BI dashboards to ensure timely and accurate reporting · Ensure that OneServe is being utilised correctly and consistently, including all data management. Required Skills, Attributes & Experience · Experience in delivering structured work programs and KPIs with strong results orientation · Customer-oriented with exceptional client relationship building and management skills · A passion for people management and leadership, with experience of successfully managing large teams in the past · Comfortable using technology · Analytically minded. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms to track metrics and support decision-making · Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills · Skilled communicator, both verbal and written · Methodical and organised in their approach to work with strong attention to detail · Highly collaborative in approach Key Performance Indicators · To be determined Benefits We have built a team focused culture where our people work and collaborate together.
