My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for a caseload of general residential property, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
This role is with a national law firm, working with some of the largest house builders and developers in the UK.
We invite candidate with at least 5 years experience of processing transactions from initial instruction through to post completion, to apply. You should be confident and competant to manage your files unaided, working with both leasehold and freehold properties.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced role, with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
* Manage the full conveyancing process for your casefiles ensuring timely progression of transactions.
* Review and report on property searches and titles
* Draft and send conveyancing paperwork
* Deal with all pre-contract enquiries
* Negotiate, exchange and complete contracts
* Liaise with clients, property developers, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the process.
* Provide advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, using CMS
* Deal with all post completion matters such as SDLT and Land Registry registrations.
Skills/Experience Required:
* You must have at least 5 years experience of procesing transactions from initial instruction through to post completion, and be competant to manage these unaided for both leasehold and freehold properties.
* You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
* Highly organised with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
* Proficient IT skills including using CMS and MS Office suite, and managing electronic documentation efficiently.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation affecting residential conveyancing.
* Good commercial acumen.
* Calm under pressure, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times
