Job Description
* Raising journals and processing accruals or prepayments as required.
* Supporting month-end activities, including cost reviews and variance analysis.
* Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and data integrity checks.
* Maintaining key financial data and reporting structures in finance systems.
* Supporting budget and forecast processes with data preparation and template management.
* Managing and maintaining the TOA (Table of Authority) ticketing system.
* Processing TOA update requests and ensuring accurate completion within SLA.
* Liaising with stakeholders to clarify queries and ensure compliance with approval policies.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a finance, finance operations, or finance administration role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable working with finance data and systems.
* Confident communicator - able to challenge and influence appropriately.
* Proactive, curious, and keen to learn new skills.
