We are searching for an experienced Contact Centre - Sales Development Representative. You will be responsible for generating leads for the Business Development Manager (BDM). The ideal candidate should have a background in customer interactions, negotiation skills, a passion for success, and a desire to develop a career in sales.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Initiating contact with potential business customers through various channels (email, messaging, social media, phone, etc.).
2. Being tech-savvy and personable, with the ability to build rapport easily and nurture relationships.
3. Influencing sales numbers by generating leads and securing meetings.
4. Identifying and developing leads for new business opportunities.
5. Maintaining a passive and active pipeline to meet business development sales targets.
6. Generating your own leads.
