As a Service Coordinator at Emtec Climate Solutions, youll play a pivotal role in keeping our HVAC operations running seamlessly. Youll oversee both reactive callouts and planned service work, managing engineer schedules, logistics, job tracking and client communications, to ensure every task is completed to our high standards.
Working closely with our Service Manager, youll take ownership of day to day administration and scheduling, making sure resources are allocated efficiently, SLAs are met and our customers receive a first class service every time.
Key responsibilities
1. Owning the daily operations of the service schedule
2. Act as the first point of contact for reactive callouts and service requests
3. Allocate engineers to jobs based on skillset, availability and location
4. Schedule and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
5. Raise and issue job sheets, RAMS and other documentation
6. Track daily job progress, and chase outstanding works and paperwork
7. Order parts, liaise with suppliers and manage delivery logistics
