Our Barnstaple facility is located in North Devon. Founded in 1948, the site now employs approximately 160 employees and features the Aero Stanrew brand of electromagnetic components, printed‑circuit board assemblies, cabinet wiring and electronic test equipment for safety critical applications in aerospace and defence, industrial and transportation industries.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
We’re currently hiring for a Customer Programme Manager (CAM) responsible for providing world class levels of service to TT Electronics’ customers. With account and programme management responsibility from quotation to delivery, you’ll drive improved performance and growth, based on measurable KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
By maintaining regular meetings and business reviews with our key customers, you’ll set forward‑looking objectives and targets and qualify new business opportunities.
Working closely with Business Development, Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, IT and other functions, your key responsibilities include:
* Order taking, management and reporting.
* Proactively providing market insights.
* Cost estimating, quotations, and bid management.
* Identifying opportunities to improve communications and processes both internally and externally.
* Proactively managing cross‑functional communication and information flow to ensure we deliver best in class customer service.
* Export and compliance reporting.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
* Experience in Aerospace or a similar industry.
* Extensive experience working in low volume, high product mix, build‑to‑print, and design to spec environments.
* Demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
* A flexible approach and a willingness to undertake business travel.
* Change management experience.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel to support business reporting.
* Experience in the use of ERP systems and the engagement of teams in these systems for basic business management.
* The capability to lead a multi‑functional team in a customer account management environment.
* Experience in Import/Export compliance and management is not essential, but would enhance your application.
