Essential Criteria: Experience in Admin role or experience dealing with scheduling or planning or similar Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with engineers, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-solving ability to address scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and resource allocation challenges. Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of scheduling and appointment management systems used in construction or regeneration services.
