Duties and Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Plan, prepare, and deliver drama lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and policies. Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND and EAL. Assess, record, and report on students’ progress, providing constructive feedback. Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and enthusiasm for learning. Data Management Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and attainment. Use assessment data to inform planning and adapt teaching strategies. Contribute to departmental and whole-school data analysis as required. Professional Development Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance subject knowledge and teaching practice. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Share best practice and resources with colleagues. Health and Safety Ensure the drama studio and all equipment are maintained in a safe condition.
