Comprehensive Head Office Support

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and support Nursery Managers to achieve high standards of practice
* Ensure nurseries maintain excellence in safeguarding, compliance, education, and care
* Monitor and drive KPIs including occupancy, team retention, and financial outcomes
* Identify development opportunities and deliver in‑house training to strengthen team skills
* Collaborate with the Head Office team to enhance operations and outcomes
* Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our new Nottinghamshire site
* Foster a team ethos rooted in positivity, accountability, and professional growth
About You
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5+ or relevant degree preferred)
* Proven leadership experience in a multi‑site early years position
* In‑depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding protocols
* Strong team management, training delivery, and coaching ability
* Passionate about developing others and delivering exceptional education and care
* A proactive, approachable leader with a forward‑thinking, solutions‑driven mindset
