Overview
As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our solicitors and partners across a broad range of property transactions. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload (with supervision), drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring smooth progression of files from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with residential and commercial property transactions.
* Drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
* Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
* Managing case files efficiently and accurately.
* Providing general support to fee earners within the Real Estate department.
About You
* Previous experience as a paralegal within real estate/property law.
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
