This is a full-time role responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, leading the team in sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to OWN IT. The role is accountable for various KPIs and involves recruiting, nurturing, and developing an elevated team capable of achieving these KPIs consistently.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
* Drive revenue across membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
* Manage controllable costs effectively
* Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure delivery of central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE to the highest standards
* Foster buy-in to national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, train, monitor, and onboard new team members
* Complete operational processes consistently and to high standards
* Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
* Report facilities and maintenance issues appropriately
* React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
* Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must have:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management styles
* Positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and Bank Holidays
