We are a family run business established in 1983. Our operations include the importing and wholesaling of Toys, Beach Goods & Souvenirs across the countries coastal resorts, tourist attractions, visitor farms, caravan sites etc.
As a company and as individuals we pride ourselves on our hard working ethos and customer care. We are seeking an individual who possesses the same qualities and has experience in an office led environment.
Responsibilities
· General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Sales/purchase order inputting/invoicing to inc. relevant filing
* Bank reconciliation, account monitoring, issuing monthly statements
* Chasing Customer Debt
* Assisting in the filing of VAT Returns.
* General filing & office duties
Required Skills/Attributes
· A methodical and structured ability to manage your workload effectively is of paramount importance.
· Good IT Skills
· Familiar with Sage 50
· Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Office 365)
· Full UK Driving License & Own Car (desirable poor public transport to Office)
General working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday. We do expect you to work outside of these hours during busier periods and to suit the needs of the business.
Salary quoted is full time - part time is pro-rata

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
