Support & Supervision: Provide comprehensive supervision and support to foster carers to help them meet children's day-to-day needs, emotional needs, and educational outcomes.
Case Management: Manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with fostering regulations and high-quality care standards.
Development & Training: Support the development of foster carers through training, enabling them to provide security, stability, and a strong sense of belonging.
Child Advocacy: Champion children's needs by working with families, schools, and professionals to ensure stability and safety.
Reviews & Assessments: Undertake regular reviews of foster placements, ensuring care plans meet the evolving needs of the children

Essential Requirements:
* Degree/master’s in social work and SWE registration.
* 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
