Our client is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a range of electrical building services systems. The role offers long-term stability, opportunities for further training, and clear routes for career progression.
Duties:
1. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
2. Maintenance of single and three-phase power systems
3. Motors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
4. Basic BMS operation and monitoring
5. Safe isolation of plant and equipment
6. Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
7. Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site procedures
8. Completing logbooks, RAMS and maintenance records
9. Raising and closing work orders via PDA systems
10. Supporting general building services maintenance where required
