SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School (1:1 Support) - Torquay

Location: Torquay, Devon
Salary: £92-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Torquay seeking a dedicated SEN TA to provide 1:1 support for a child with learning difficulties.
* Full-time, Monday to Friday during school hours
* Supporting a primary-aged student on a 1:1 basis
* Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and external professionals
* Creating a positive and nurturing environment tailored to the child's needs
* Role starts end of April and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become long-term or permanent for the right person
* Proven experience working within education settings, particularly SEN
* Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and staff
* A patient, calm, and empathetic approach
* Confident supporting children with learning difficulties and additional needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply through us)
* Right to work in the UK
