The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:
11. A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within professional services. Or looking to make a move from Audit Big 4 into a Corporate Finance role
12. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
13. Experience in providing financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients.
15. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA,).
16. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
