About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our new shop in Bourton-on-the-Water on a 12‑hour permanent contract.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional, inspiring service and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our brand, products and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Apply a first‑point resolution approach to customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the customer’s benefit.
* Support the Store Manager and team to increase store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and utilise product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Maintain a flexible approach to work and perform operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.
