We are seeking an exceptional Lead Midday Supervisor to join our team at Northfield Primary School.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the playground, classrooms, and around the school premises.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents of poor behaviour, following school behaviour policies.
* Manage minor accidents and injuries in line with local authority procedures.
* Attend to pupils who become unwell or are involved in accidents, ensuring timely reporting and care.
* Ensure pupils arrive at the dining hall on time and support smooth lunchtime routines.
* Encourage good hygiene practices, including handwashing and toilet use before and after lunch.
* Assist younger children with using cutlery and eating their meals when needed.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times in line with school guidelines.
