About the role
The Research Fellow will be responsible for the work package “International Scientific Consortiums (ISCs) and Industry” within the INSCONS project. This work package will develop insights into the collaborative and competitive interplay between ISCs and industry. We will assess relationships of dependency and influence between corporate- and ISC- research efforts at both the level of individual researchers and at the level of the organisations.
This role is fixed term, funded until 28th February. The salary is £44, per year (inclusive of London allowance).

About you
You will be required to have a PhD focusing on Technology and Innovation Management, STS, Sociology of Organisations, or related field.
You will be excited about the research goals of the INSCONS project, have the ability to publish in top-tier international journals and have experience conducting case study research and research on R&D organisations using both quantitative and qualitative data sources.
Proven ability to work independently in the development of research and an affinity and interest in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is also essential.
