Maths Teacher (QTS) – Full-Time, Immediate Start Are you a qualified Maths Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a forward-thinking and inclusive school in Poole. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working with pupils aged 2–19 years across both primary and secondary phases. About the Role Position : Maths Teacher (QTS required) Location : Poole Hours : 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday Contract : Full-time, long-term with potential for permanent opportunities Start Date : Immediate This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about mathematics and committed to delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in learners. You will be working with a diverse range of pupils, adapting your teaching strategies to meet individual needs and ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative and interactive maths lessons tailored to different age groups and abilities. Support pupils in developing problem-solving skills and a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals. Promote a culture of respect, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Minimum of 6 months’ experience in childcare or education, ideally supporting children with additional needs. Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills. A proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine passion for teaching mathematics.
