As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will;
* Oversee your team to achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
* Train Room Attendants and House Porters in cleaning and maintenance tasks
* Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
* Work to improve productivity and efficiency of your team's room cleaning
* Ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
* Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
* Complete regular and accurate linen, equipment and toiletry stock checks
* Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
* Check rooms and public areas
