Role Profile
The AV Technician supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems for meetings, events, and day-to-day collaboration. This role ensures that AV services run smoothly and meet user needs.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and operate AV equipment for meetings and events.
* Assist users with conferencing and presentation systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues promptly.
* Perform regular checks and maintenance on AV systems.
* Provide guidance to users on effective use of AV tools.
Candidate Profile
Requirements include:
* Experience supporting AV systems in a corporate environment.
* Knowledge of common conferencing and presentation technologies.
* Basic networking knowledge.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused and approachable.
