Overview
To be the face of the customer, meet and greet all visitors and contractors in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to take responsibility by supporting staff with any problems they may encounter. Complete all on-site documentation as necessary when accepting deliveries.
Main Duties
* Collection, sorting and delivery of all mail (internal and external) which includes, but not limited to, couriers, parcels, special deliveries.
* Timely mail collection and dispatch to the correct department / desks where required.
* Responding to emails and office correspondences in a timely manner.
* Provide a level of service that meets customer needs and care requirements to safely manage all site operational activities.
* Ensure all services conducted are compliant to all company, contractual, legislative, statutory and local requirements.

* An organised individual.
* Organisational skills to be efficient and effective, allowing services to be delivered promptly and reliably.
* Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions including risks and impacts to the business.
Health and Safety
* Enforce health and safety procedures.
* Ensure all walkways are always kept clear and debris free.
* Fully understand and be able to carry out the role required in emergency situations as directed by your manager.
