What you will be doing
As our new Planner, you arent just moving numbers around a spreadsheet; you are the heartbeat of our production floor. You will join a dynamic supply chain team where your day-to-day decisions directly impact our efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your typical day will include:
1. Forecasting for Success:Using historical data and production schedules to develop accurate inventory forecasts that keep us ahead of the curve.
2. Managing the Pipeline:Raising, scheduling, and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs) while collaborating closely with suppliers to guarantee our materials arrive exactly when they are needed.
3. Optimising Inventory:Monitoring stock levels and finding smart ways to reduce waste and obsolete items.
