Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a rich local history, is looking to strengthen their back-office function, relieving pressure from Directors and driving day-to-day operations efficiently.

Job Duties:
* Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures, reporting directly to the Directors
* Supervise administrative staff across Finance, Sales, Admin, HR, and Customer Service; delegate tasks effectively
* Handle correspondence – emails, letters, and phone calls
* Manage accounts: ledger reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll, and month-end duties
* Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures
* Oversee office budget and expenses
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
* Handle confidential information with professionalism
✅ Required Experience:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role (finance experience essential)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in MS Office and office management software
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
