A well‑organised Primary School in West London is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils through targeted interventions and in‑class support.
Responsibilities
* Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
* Supporting pupils in class alongside the teacher
* Working with SEND pupils across different year groups
* Supporting learning, confidence and independence
* Working closely with SENCO and class teachers
Qualifications
* Experienced SEND or Intervention TAs
* Support staff confident working across the school
* Individuals who enjoy variety within one setting
* Practitioners with strong communication skills
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND
* Confidence delivering interventions
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
* Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
