<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Application Deadline Thursday, July 2, 2026</p><p>Location: Haywards Heath - Primrose House Nursery RH16 4DJ</p><p>Salary: Up to £26,748.80 per annum</p><p>Hours per week: 40</p><p>Position: 1</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>Were looking for Early Years Practitioners with experience in child development, committed to supporting childrens growth and learning, based at our Primrose House Nursery in Haywards Heath.</p><p>As an Early Years Practitioner, youll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.</p><h3>Role responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each childs development and learning journey.</li><li>Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.</li><li>Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.</li><li>Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.</li><li>Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.</li><li>Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><p>Were looking for Early Years Practitioners qualified to Level 2 who:</p><ul><li>Have experience with child development and learning and are committed to childrens emotional and intellectual growth</li><li>Communicate confidently, professionally and work collaboratively</li><li>Work in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment</li><li>Is reflective and committed to professional growth</li><li>Can easily commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius</li></ul><p>And a few nice to haves:</p><ul><li>Paediatric First Aid certification</li><li>Experience supporting children with additional needs</li><li>Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>We offer a range of meaningful benefits designed to support your wellbeing, professional growth, and work-life balance.
