Your future role
As the Human Factors (HF) /Ergonomics Engineer you will contribute to project and offer development by applying internal HF/Ergonomics procedures and tools. Key responsibilities include conducting ergonomic assessments using Catia V5 modules (Human Builder, Posture Analysis, Activities Analysis), evaluating display interfaces and defining design rules, performing HF studies such as workload and risk assessments, calculating anthropometric data, analysing seat dimensions, and interpreting lessons learned from past projects.
The role also involves participating in research and development initiatives under the guidance of the Core Competence Network (CCN).
We’ll look to you for:
Contributor to all Alstom programs & projects facing technical activities in Human Factors and Ergonomics related fields.
Responsible for expertise in the domain of Human Factors/Ergonomics, recommendations for diagrams, design of cabins and cars, design of seats and footrests, maintenance of sub-systems.
Responsible for specification of passengers’ needs in the domain of services (catering and distribution) and Information (Public address, video etc.)
Responsible for assessment of display’s screen (including heuristic), possibly of specification of displays.
