đ About the Role
Are you a data-driven professional with expertise in inventory or materials control? Weâre seeking a Data Systems Manager to support a national Point of Care (PoC) scanning programmeâpart of a major transformation project focused on modernising inventory systems across clinical environments.
This is a critical 12-week assignment where youâll ensure high-quality data collection, integration, and analysisâshaping the operational success of a national digital change initiative.
đ§Ÿ Key Responsibilities
Oversee data collection, extraction, analysis, and reporting related to inventory and materials
Support the implementation of a national inventory management and PoC scanning solution
Act as a subject matter expert in inventory and materials control processes
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with operational goals
Contribute to the strategic delivery of a wide-ranging digital transformation programme

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in inventory or materials control roles
Strong skills in data analysis, extraction, and interpretation
Technical understanding of e-Procurement, Logistics, and Finance systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider transformation team
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience with inventory system rollouts in clinical or regulated sectors
Ability to provide training/support to operational staff
