Administration Assistant (Part-Time)
CCG, one of Scotland’s largest privately-owned construction and manufacturing companies, and we have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated individual to join our Buying Department on a part-time basis.
SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Part-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm (Flexible start and finish time)
LOCATION: 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB
STATUS: Permanent
THE ROLE
1. Maintain purchasing files
2. Assisting in preparing reports
3. Assisting Buyers with day-to-day orders
4. Compare supplier quotes
5. Analyse data and carry out reports
REQUIREMENTS
6. Good communication and negotiation skills.
7. Attention to detail and organisational skills
