Job Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Support Medical Secretary to join the Cardiology Admin Team in Glan Clwyd Hospital.
Main Duties of the Job
The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Cardiology Department.
This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent), and possess excellent communication skills. They should meet the demands of a busy environment and represent the department professionally.
Knowledge of Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent experience
* RSA /OCR level 2 or equivalent (must be a proficient user of Microsoft Word)
* IT related qualification CLAIT plus /ECDL or equivalent

* NVQ Customer Service L3
Experience
* Knowledge of a range of administrative processes
