In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client issues or concerns, ensuring fast, client-focused solutions and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome clients and schedule initial appointments with consultants, adhering to service levels and diary guidelines.
2. Accurately record all new business and contact clients within 1 hour of receipt.
3. Acknowledge all client service issues promptly, following the complaints procedure.
4. Collaborate with the resolution specialist to handle cancellations efficiently.
5. Investigate client issues thoroughly and communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
6. Resolve client issues promptly, focusing on resolution and retention.
7. Respond quickly to client queries, service issues, and cancellation requests.
8. Maintain and update client profiles, including additional sites and employee information, conducting investigations as needed.
9. Handle client and consultant calls to resolve queries and service issues.
