About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the London office. This is a hands-on role supporting a mid-size team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Office Management
* Handle daily office operations, including managing maintenance issues
* Conduct weekly office run-throughs to check inventory and report any faults
* Liaise with landlords and handle office operations
* Manage office supplies and procurement
* Oversee facilities maintenance
Compliance & Administration
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ensure fire safety compliance
* Prepare accurate documentation for audits
* Produce Excel reports for senior management review
People & HR Support
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
* Organise internal and external meetings
* Provide IT support alongside HR and office management duties
Financial
* Manage COO expenses
