At Tosca, Asset Management is essential to ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As an Asset Control Specialist, you will play a key role in managing Tosca’s reusable assets across multiple locations, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and recovery.
You will take full ownership of the audit and reconciliation process, planning and scheduling physical counts, ensuring every audit is completed within strict timelines, and escalating roadblocks to management when needed.
Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, the Asset Manager, and senior leadership, you will track progress, resolve complex cases, and maintain accountability.
Your role will combine precise data management with investigative work: analysing asset declarations, identifying discrepancies, contacting customers directly to clarify issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate asset inventory and movement records using asset tracking systems and ERP platforms.
* Coordinate asset allocation and recovery to meet operational requirements and customer needs.
* Monitor asset KPIs and provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
* Support master data accuracy for asset flows and customer accounts.
* Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve asset-related issues.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum of three years’ experience in asset control, inventory management, or a similar operational role.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in asset tracking systems, ERPs, or logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce accurate reports.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other European languages are a plus.
* Able to commute to the Dudley office as required.
* Office based role
* Travel required: 20% to other EMEA locations as required
