We are currently recruiting for Primary Supply Teachers to work across Lancashire either on a part-time or full-time basis. We offer a variety of roles, including daily cover (ad hoc), short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs.
To be considered, you must have valid UK QTS/QTLS and recent experience in education within the last 18 months.
The ideal Primary Teacher should:
* Hold UK QTS and have experience working in British Schools
* Have at least 1 year's experience in a Primary School
* Be passionate about teaching
* Be confident in the classroom
* Have recent 'good' or 'outstanding' lesson observations
We are looking for someone who:
* Has good communication skills
* Possesses effective behaviour management techniques
* Is committed to working with staff, parents, and the community to promote inclusion and opportunities for all
* Maintains professionalism
* Has a proactive and inclusive attitude towards learners' progress
