You’ll lead and inspire teams across multiple care homes, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care while driving performance, growth and positive change.

• ting - Monitor and report on financial performance, including budgets, staffing and expenditure.Trust
• ed Leader - Act as a point of escalation for complex issues or concerns from service users, families, or staff.Creat

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Proven operational leadership experience in the care sector
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and care legislation
• Experience managing multiple sites or services
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Commercial and financial awareness
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally

Desirable

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting services through periods of growth and positive change
• Knowledge of digital care planning systems and workforce tools
