Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) – Pandora
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and results‑driven Assistant Store Manager to lead from the shop floor and inspire a high‑performing team. The role requires a focus on commercial performance, people leadership, customer experience, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback, using insights to make commercial decisions.
* Support the Store Manager in planning and executing effective business strategies that deliver on sales targets.
* Champion visual merchandising and product displays to reflect brand guidelines and maximise commercial impact.
* Support in building, leading and nurturing a diverse, inclusive and engaged team, unlocking their full potential.
* Deliver clear communication, impactful feedback, and support with regular development conversations.
* Act as a trusted leader and role model, embedding our values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
* Serve as the Pandora ambassador on the shop floor – deep product knowledge, storytelling passion, and commitment to brand values.
* Inspire the team to create unique, personalised and meaningful moments for customers via the selling ceremony.
* Take ownership of excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and care.
* Support daily operational tasks including rotas, stock control, till operations, and managing security, health and safety, and compliance.
* Plan staffing levels in line with commercial needs and seasonal trends.
* Ensure high shop‑floor standards, smooth stock management, and overall operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail store.
* Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service with the ability to coach a high‑performing team.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
* Growth mindset – thrives on feedback, embraces change, and always looks to raise the bar.
* Well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and passion for retail.
* Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary £27,000 – £31,500 per year (full‑time equivalent).
* Monthly bonus of 10 % of sales targets, with potential of 20 % for stretch targets.

Working Hours & Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Working days: Monday – Sunday (rotating schedule). Permanent role.
