The role:
As a Senior Branch Sales Assistant, you will handle customer orders and inquiries by phone and email daily, from both new and existing customers. Most of our customers are regulars, so you will build friendly relationships by providing excellent customer service and asking the right questions to suggest other products they might need for their projects (no cold calling involved). You will play a key role in the team, ensuring supplier deliveries are booked into the system and customer invoice queries are resolved efficiently, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full.
