Correla is looking for a Senior Contracts & Commercial Manager to join our Client Management team.

About The Role
* Managing a complex client contract, leading negotiations, resolving contentious issues, managing contract risk and protecting business value in a high‑accountability environment.
* Chair or lead, as agreed, all operational, commercial and contractual governance forums, maintaining discipline, structure and commercial focus across governance activity so issues are progressed efficiently and Correla’s position is understood and protected.
* Identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks proactively, ensuring obligations, gaps and risks are understood and managed before they become material.
* Manage the Annual Assurance Process end‑to‑end, ensuring timely submission, high‑quality outputs and full supporting evidence.
* Provide clear, accurate and timely commercial and contractual advice on Business Plans, Investment Statements, SOWs and change proposals.
* Support profit growth, protect financial performance, revenue recovery, margin protection and value leakage through effective, commercial governance, risk management and change control.
* Act as the primary interface for day‑to‑day DSC+ relationship, contractual and commercial matters, building credible, professional and constructive working relationships while protecting Correla’s commercial and contractual position.
About You
* Significant experience in senior commercial, contractual and client‑facing roles, with a strong track record in complex service‑based or bespoke contracts.
* Strong experience of commercial and contractual negotiation, issue resolution and protection of revenue, margin and risk position.
* Proven ability to manage difficult, sensitive or high‑pressure client relationships.
* The ability to remain calm, objective and professional under pressure while advocating strongly for the business.
* The ability to build clear, evidence‑based arguments grounded in facts, data, contract terms and commercial rationale.
* Strong judgement on when to resolve, challenge, hold position or escalates.
* Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to identify ambiguity, inconsistency, omissions and risk.
* A rigorous and disciplined approach to governance, documentation and follow‑through.
* High levels of self‑motivation, resilience, ownership and drive.
* A willingness to be appropriately pedantic where accuracy, compliance or commercial protection require it.
